Shipper/Receiver & Assembler

At Deep Trekker we work hard and get stuff done, but we have fun doing it. To keep up with our continued growth, we need a versatile individual who will handle daily shipping and receiving tasks, as well as perform assembly work on our ROV and crawler products.

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging international shipments with various courier services
  • Properly packing materials for shipment
  • Receiving and organizing  materials
  • Performing sub-assembly/mechanical work
  • Problem-solving related to shipping or assembly
  • Performing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
  • Corresponding with customers and other team members

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with using courier services
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Ability to work with multi-functional team
  • Able to lift up to 50 lb

Robotics Technician

At Deep Trekker we work hard and get stuff done, but we have fun doing it. We’re versatile and aren’t afraid to take on new challenges and learn new tricks.

We are currently seeking a skilled junior Robotics Technician. If you are a highly motivated technician who is passionate about problem solving and building robots this might be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Building electro-mechanical robot assemblies
  • Inspecting and testing robot assemblies
  • Troubleshooting and repairing robots
  • Prototyping and populating PCBs
  • Wiring including; soldering, crimping and potting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (technical college diploma preferred)
  • Ability to troubleshoot a variety of problems
  • Ability to hand solder
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work with multi-functional team
