Deep Trekker Attending Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

Ayr, Ontario Canada – October 28, 2015 - Deep Trekker Inc. announced today that they will be bringing their 250 gallon demo tank to offer live demonstrations of their underwater drones at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in Florida November 5-9. Anyone looking to try out the underwater drone is invited to stop by the Yachting Tent at booth 705 to experience for themselves how fun exploring the underwater world is with their personal underwater drone.
Deep Trekker provides fully portable, highly maneuverable and affordable remote video submarine to fly through shipwrecks, crash sites and reefs. Deep Trekker gives a fish-eye view of lost ships and airplanes, reefs and colorful fish, letting every land lover unleash their James Cameron and Jacques Cousteau. From fisherman to treasure hunters and yacht owners, the keen curiosity about the wonders of the deep blue have been attracting people to the Deep Trekker underwater drones for years.
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) is the largest yacht and recreation show of its kind, attracting many people interested in the mysteries of the underwater world. “We can’t wait to show off the Deep Trekker’s abilities and get everyone excited about undersea exploration,” commented Sam Macdonald, Deep Trekker President. “We are bringing the full experience to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show so that everyone has a chance to see how amazing it is to pilot our underwater camera themselves in our 250 gallon water tank.”
Deep Trekker will also be sharing news about some new innovations at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. With their new diveable control system and 4K Ultra HD camera systems, Deep Trekker has a lot of impressive technologies to share at booth 705 in the Yachting Tent.
The diveable control system allows any diver or snorkeler to bring their underwater drone with them and send it ahead into unknown areas or confined spaces like caves or wrecks. The handheld controller can go as deep as 250 feet, allowing the diver to control in real time where the underwater camera goes and see it live from the control screen. This new product is sure to be a huge hit for the diving community attending the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.
