Deep Trekker will be attending the Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport (WWETT) 2018 show in Indianapolis. Offering live demonstrations of the DT340 Pipe Crawler and the DTG3 underwater ROV for all attendees of the event. Booth #6134
As of late, flooding, hurricanes, high winds and extreme temperatures have caused devastation to infrastructure and water systems from coast to coast. With large sinkholes becoming more common - such as the 15-foot car-swallowing sinkhole last October - getting ahead of aging infrastructure is more important than ever. Deep Trekker is aiding municipalities to quickly investigate potential issues to their water infrastructure through the use of portable pipe crawlers and ROV systems.
From February 22nd to 24th, Deep Trekker will be attending WWETT 2018, the largest annual U.S. trade show for the wastewater industry in Indianapolis. The team will showcase a full slate of live demos and its latest innovation, the man-portable DT340 Pipe Crawler.
Deep Trekker is paving the way for municipalities to be able to regularly monitor their pipes and sewers to pinpoint issues before they become massive problems. With a gaming style hand-held controller and an integrated viewing screen, little training is required for technicians to maneuver the crawler through pipe systems and hard to reach areas. Without the need to mobilize a full CCTV truck, or wait for contractors, the operators are able to address issues in a timely fashion, often without needing to close the streets.
Talk to us about your pipe inspection projects
“Deep Trekker prides itself in engineering easy to use and affordable inspection systems. We are looking forward to our speaking engagement at WWETT to help educate those attending, and present how our technologies can help with wastewater inspections,” says Sam Macdonald, President, Deep Trekker Inc. “Our Pipe Crawler has enabled contractors and municipalities around the world to manage infrastructure and industrial inspections and we are looking forward to making new connections this week in Indiana.”
