AYR, ONTARIO, CANADA December 11th, 2015. Deep Trekker announced today that they will be showcasing their underwater drones at the Boot Dusseldorf Show with their newest Germany reseller; Echolotzentrum Schlageter. Deep Trekker invites all visitors to pilot their premiere underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) in the 200 gallon demonstration tank at stand 11B41.
The exhibition, running from January 23rd to 31st, is the largest water sports event in the world, making it the ideal venue to bring this premiere underwater product to the European market.
It is through partners such as Echolotzentrum Schlageter that Deep Trekker underwater drones have been so well received by boat and water enthusiasts. Now, everyone has the opportunity to experience the mysterious underwater world. The simple controls, hand-held controller with viewing screen, and on-board batteries make the system completed self-contained, meaning deployment from ‘case to ship wreck’ is less than 30 seconds.
These underwater drones are not only beneficial to scope out fishing and diving sites, but they are also extremely useful to inspect props and boat hulls to ensure there is no damage. “That moment when you are piloting the Deep Trekker underwater drone, and you get the first glimpse of a shipwreck on the handheld screen; it gives me goose bumps every time.” commented Sam Macdonald, Deep Trekker President. “I love being at events like the Dusseldorf Boat Show and getting to see that excitement on peoples’ faces as they pilot our underwater drone themselves.”
Echolotzentrum Schlageter and Deep Trekker will be located at stand 11B41, showcasing the absolute ease of use and unmatched maneuverability of their premiere underwater camera. The team is excited to invite everyone to their stand 11B41 to pilot the Deep Trekker underwater drone themselves.
