REVOLUTION ROV: Advanced Underwater Operations
Engineered for professional-grade underwater missions that require stability, precision, and adaptability in high-current or deep-water environments. Its vectored six-thruster configuration enables lateral movement, precise station holding, and agile maneuvering in confined or turbulent conditions. The ROV is rated to depths of 305 meters (1,000 feet) and is built with a stainless steel frame, anodized aluminum body, and a carbon fiber shell to balance durability and low weight for rapid deployment.

A key feature is its unique 260-degree rotating camera system, which provides full situational awareness without the need to reposition the entire vehicle - critical for tasks such as hull inspections, weld assessments, or target tracking. The grabber arm is integrated with a rotating wrist and interchangeable jaws, allowing for object retrieval, debris removal, and manipulation of tools or equipment in complex environments.
The REVOLUTION supports optional payloads including multibeam imaging sonar, USBL (Ultra Short Baseline) positioning, cathodic protection probes, water sampling tools, and more. Power and telemetry are delivered via a rugged tether with real-time surface feedback, while the modular architecture supports extended missions and quick tool changeouts.
Available Packages
BASE – A standard configuration for general-purpose underwater inspections. Includes the core REVOLUTION ROV with a rotating UHD 4K camera, grabber arm, and powerful LED lighting. Suitable for routine asset and infrastructure assessments.

NAV – Designed for deeper water or offshore operations where GPS access is limited. Includes USBL for real-time acoustic positioning, along with DVL (Doppler Velocity Log) and SensorPod+ for heading, depth, pitch/roll, and dead reckoning support. Useful for long-duration missions or when the ROV must remain submerged.

RECON – Tailored for mapping and inspection tasks in shallower environments where GPS access is available. Features ROV-mounted GPS, DVL, and SensorPod+ for precise position tracking, vehicle orientation, and data logging. Easier to deploy and operate than USBL systems. Ideal for nearshore surveys, structural assessments, and applications requiring repeated surfacing.

SAR (Search & Recovery) – Purpose-built for recovery and EOD missions. Combines ROV GPS, DVL, SensorPod+, and Mission Planner software for live search coverage tracking. Supports integration with imaging sonar and specialized grabbers to locate and recover targets in turbid or dynamic conditions. Enables structured search patterns with positional feedback.

Which Package Should You Choose?

Best suited for:
- Offshore Energy: Subsea infrastructure inspection, pipeline surveys, and valve operations in high-current zones.
- Infrastructure Inspection: Dam walls, bridge piers, water intakes, and confined tank environments where fine control and video clarity are critical.
- Military & Defense: EOD operations, port security sweeps, and hull inspections under operational constraints.
- Search & Recovery: Target location in low-visibility or high-current freshwater and saltwater environments.
